The Duke Program in American Grand Strategy
The Duke Program in American Grand Strategy (AGS) is an interdisciplinary initiative across Duke University that creates and shares new knowledge in the grand strategy field. The program’s mission is to prepare the next generation of strategists by studying past generations and interacting with current strategic leaders.
In line with that goal, the AGS Summer Fellows Program provides summer stipends to undergraduate students pursuing traditional and non-traditional internship and research opportunities. The program is designed to encourage undergraduate students who have demonstrated leadership and academic achievement to pursue a creative summer work plan related to the mission of the Duke Program in American Grand Strategy.
We are pleased to announce our seven incoming 2018 AGS Summer Fellows, Eren Bagis ('21), Bo Carlson ('20), Becca DiLuzio ('20), Mac Gagne ('21), Dillon Leovic ('19), Justin Sherman ('20), and Elle Winfield ('19). Each of them are pursuing unique internship and research experiences this summer. Read their latest blog posts to learn more about their recent adventures!
